Frances Hart

Art studies that followed receiving a Master of Fine Arts degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. include drawing, lithography and ceramics in New York City, weaving and welded sculpture at the Delaware Art Museum, and etching and lithography at the University of Delaware.
