Helena van Emmerik-Fin
Helena’s family emigrated from Holland a few weeks before she was born and settled in upper Bucks County. She studied graphic design, photography and film-making at the Philadelphia College of Art.
Helena enjoys the medium of pastel because it gives her the freedom to work with strong colors in a spontaneous, intuitive style with the immediacy of a bold, impressionistic application.
